The Service provides study materials for AWS certification exams — including quiz games, flashcards, timed exam simulators, and study guides. Parts of the Service are free (including a guest preview and each certification's first quiz session for signed-in users); full access to a certification's materials requires a paid subscription.
AWS Study Hub is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. AWS and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Our practice questions are original study material and are not actual exam questions. Using the Service does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current — it is how we deliver receipts and account notices. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
You agree not to: share your account or resell access; copy, scrape, redistribute, or publicly post the Service's questions, flashcards, or guides; probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; or use the Service in violation of applicable law or any exam provider's policies.
The Service and its content (questions, explanations, flashcards, guides, software, and design) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation.
Cloud services change frequently. We work to keep materials accurate and current, but we make no warranty that content is error-free or reflects the latest exam version. If you spot an error, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including exam fees, lost profits, or lost data.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; if we terminate your paid access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
